We designed a stone entry at the street and a stairway to allow guests and the homeowner easy access from the street to the home’s entry. The front porch, the porch stairs, and the approach sidewalk got replaced with a new layout that had a comfortable, safer stride. We replaced the driveway to a safer surface and added an additional parking spot at the top of the hill.

This residence is situated on a steep lot. The homeowner needed a walkway from the street to the front door for guests since the driveway was too steep to walk on safely. They also wanted a more comfortable layout for the front porch and an easier set of stairs to the front porch.
